I’m no expert on diet, exercise, meditation etc. So I won’t claim to be and instead will post stuff I’ve tried out myself or more thought-provoking topics (vs “super scientific, do this exactly” advice). This isn’t personal advice, consult a professional for that.
Instead, I'm trying to reframe how you think about x. I've done it for stimulation, exercise and meaning, and plan to do it for some other areas as well.
- Survival of the least stimulated: The amount of stimulation we're exposed to is constantly increasing. Exponentially. I fear we will wake up to the consequences when it's already too late.
- Gain function, not muscle: Most people exercise to look good. Exercising to gain function is more rewarding, and more natural.
