How you behave changes how you feel

If you have a bad day, your behavior and body language is going to reflect that. But it goes both ways: how you behave changes how you feel.

  • Force a smile to lift up your mood
  • Walk slower to feel less busy
  • Grunt your eyebrows to think harder
  • Eat slower and with more intention to make the food taste better
  • Listen to the music more carefully to make it sound better
  • Relax your jaw to feel less stressed
  • Fake yawn, stretch your limbs and let your eyelids seal closed to feel more tired
  • Walk more upright, keep your eyebrows slightly raised (to open your eyes) and simply act like you have more energy to actually have more energy

Try it. It feels too stupid to work, but it does.
